Litigation Associate Commercial & IP

Our client is a top firm, seeking a mid-level litigation associate with 5-7 years of experience for its New York and San Francisco offices. The salary for this position is between $380,000 to $440,000. Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation which includes trademark and copyright, trade secrets, antitrust, and class actions. Experience with trial and arbitration proceedings. Experience drafting motions, briefs, taking and defending depositions, managing all phases of discovery, preferably managed junior associates, and manage document collection and production. Federal or Supreme Court Clerkship preferred [not required]. Excellent academic credentials required.
