Insurance Operations Coordinator- Entertainment Practice

We are looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Insurance Operations Coordinator for our Entertainment Practice. This is a hybrid role that requires three days in one of our Marsh offices located in Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles, Miami or Tampa. What can you expect? A company with a solid brand and proven results to match Culture of internal mobility, collaboration, and valued partnership with HR from the business Employee Resource Groups which provide access to leaders, relevant volunteer and mentoring opportunities and interactions with counterparts in industry groups and client organizations Competitive pay and full benefits package – starting day one (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match AND contribution) Tuition Reimbursement plan per year and participation in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan Key Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information, including follow-up for quality assurance, maintenance, and reports Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives Provide support to team and comply with procedures Adhere to Company policies and performance standards Qualifications Associate College Degree Minimum 2-3 years administrative support or customer service background, preferably in commercial lines insurance Obtain Property & Casualty broker’s license within 1 year Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Familiarity with or ability to learn proprietary applications/databases (e.g., Mdoc & MART) Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-pace team environment Deep attention to details required Sturdy organizational/multi-tasking skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills Preferred Additional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Property and Casualty License Entertainment Insurance industry knowledge Willingness to learn and be successful in the insurance field Marsh is committed to embracing a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person. The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,500 to $197,100. Base pay offered will be determined based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
