This position is responsible for removing burrs, smoothing edges, and performing surface finishing on machined aerospace components using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and grinding equipment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, quality-focused, and takes pride in producing precision parts that meet strict manufacturing standards.Deburr Technician – Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDeburring & FinishingPerform deburring, edge breaking, and surface finishing on machined aerospace componentsOperate bench grinders, hand tools, pneumatic tools, and deburring equipmentRemove burrs and sharp edges while maintaining part dimensions and quality requirementsInspect finished parts to ensure they meet production specificationsProduction & QualityRead and interpret blueprints, work orders, and manufacturing instructionsAccurately measure parts using a tape measure and other basic measuring toolsRecord production information and complete required transactions in the ERP systemMaintain quality standards while meeting daily production goalsSafety & HousekeepingFollow all workplace safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaReport equipment or quality concerns to supervisorsAssist with additional production duties as needed#MG1TRINITY EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER\\See the great things people are saying by checking out our Google reviews, along with our Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter.
