Industrial Fabrication Operator Pay: $21-25.50 + 11.5% Shift Premium Location: North Tulsa Shift: Weekend Shift: 6am-6pm, Fri, Sat, Sun

Job Summary Integrity Staffing is seeking a skilled Fabrication Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in a climate-controlled facility. In this role, you will be responsible for finishing and preparing sheet metal components using a variety of hand and power tools, as well as fabrication equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail and experience in a fabrication or metalworking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fabrication machinery and equipment
• Utilize saws, drills, mills, taps, and sanding/grinding tools to finish parts
• Deburr, cut, and prepare components following laser cutting processes
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Move completed parts to the next stage of production
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience with hand and power tools required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, height gauges, tape measures, squares, angle finders)
• Familiarity with basic shop math
• Experience with press brakes or metal forming equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
