Type: 6 Months Contact Pay: $25/hr. - $27/hr. W-2 Summary: Responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components using various machines and tools. Ensures products meet specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate fabrication machines such as drill presses, grinders, and mills Cut, shape, and assemble metal components Read and interpret basic drawings and specifications Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed Inspect finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications Perform troubleshooting on equipment and fabrication issues Assemble parts into completed units Maintain a clean and safe work environment Collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve issues Follow company procedures and safety standards Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 0–5+ years of related experience (depending on level) Experience with fabrication tools and machinery Ability to read and interpret technical instructions Strong attention to detail Mechanical aptitude Problem-solving ability Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision Strong teamwork and communication skills Adaptability in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements: Ability to lift upto to 50 pounds Frequent standing, lifting, and manual work Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Saicon
