Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Vehicle Patrol Driver in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and offers the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Day Time

Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Thur 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as assigned, and report unauthorized activity or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
