Bilingual Benefits Call Center Representative

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Benefits Call Center Representative will assist customers with retirement-related inquiries and benefits information while managing a high volume of inbound calls in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits, providing accurate information and resolutions Manage call volume while navigating multiple systems and maintaining a professional demeanor Ensure compliance with guidelines and deliver a positive customer experience during each interaction Required qualifications Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish Previous customer service and/or call center experience Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred High school diploma, GED, or college degree Successful completion of a background check
