Responsibilities The MA will be responsible for facilitating providers with all patient visits and procedures to increase productivity: Botox/Dysport, Dermal fillers, cosmetic consults, body contouring, etc. Set up treatment rooms for providers. Route patients and pull electronic records at check-in, and route back to front desk at check-out. Photograph treatment sites as required; get appropriate documentation for B/A. Educate patients verbally and with printed materials as directed by the primary treatment provider, managing post‑care, medications, cosmetic procedures, etc. Help to ensure patients schedule appropriate follow‑up appointments. Maintain treatment areas/rooms. Help provider with clinical reports and other paperwork. Handle telephone calls regarding normal post‑care, wound care, minor complications, etc.; discuss with provider and document in medical record. Assist with new patient exams, consultations, and treatments as directed by provider. #J-18808-Ljbffr
