Physical Therapist PRN

The Physical Therapist PRN responsibility is to render professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients, providing direct and indirect patient care using the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules process, including evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing reassessment, and discharge planning.
