Job Summary

A growing organization in is seeking an Accountant for a temp to hire opportunity. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with 3-5 years of experience who is ready to continue building a strong foundation in general accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end support.

The Accountant will work as part of a collaborative accounting and finance team where accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement are valued. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and contributing to reliable financial operations. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including general ledger review and variance research.
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and expense-related accounting functions as needed.
- Help prepare financial reports, schedules, and analysis for internal review.
- Ensure accounting transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies and standard accounting practices.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and support timely financial reporting.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $70,000 to $85,000 per year DOE
