Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations, clinical performance, and strategic direction of rehabilitation services
- Provide supervision and staff evaluation for PT and PTA staff
- Develop and implement therapy programs to improve patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with Arkansas state and federal healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for treatment planning
- Manage budgets and operational efficiency within the therapy department
- Support both inpatient (swing bed) and outpatient therapy services.
What You Need
- Active Arkansas PT License and current AHA BLS Certification
- NPI number
- 2-5 years management/supervisory experience in a therapy setting
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Familiarity with EMR systems (Trubridge/CPSI experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a smaller team environment
- Experience in rural or critical access hospital settings is a plus
- Vaccination requirements: Flu shot and record
