Food and Nutrition Supervisor

Supervises the day to day operation of the Food and Nutrition Department to ensure full compliance with federal, state and other regulatory agencies. Performs the clerical support and duties necessary for optimal patient care, including the safety and efficiency of food prepared in the department, budgetary requirements, and compliance with policies and procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Food Safety Certification from an accredited organization and maintain current certification. Two (2) years experience in food service operations. Ability to use a personal computer. Certified Dietary Service Supervisor preferred. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $20.00 to $28.97. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, taking into account factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
