We are a women owned and therapist owned small business that has been serving the Triangle Area for over 20 years. What do we do? Emerge Pediatric Therapy provides therapeutic services to support the children and their families in our community. We empower caregivers to help their children develop into confident children. We also support our therapists. We want to see our therapists grow in their careers. Where are we going? We have grown our practice to better serve more of the Triangle and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Complete therapy in a fun, creative way that adheres to guidelines of best practice. Follow thorough and timely session documentation according to Emerge guidelines. Submit accurate billing charges for daily sessions in a timely manner. Uphold the reputation of the company by carrying out highly beneficial treatment sessions. Educate clients/families on the plan of care to ensure carryover and consistency. Meet achievable career goals in a timely manner. Complete discharge summaries at the conclusion of care. Seek parent recommendation(s) and/or review(s). Promote the company genuinely in the community. Education & Certifications Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy NC therapy licensure in good standing Qualifications, Skills & Attributes Uphold the company’s reputation by conducting highly beneficial and neurodiversity-affirming treatment sessions Remain flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
