About the Job Now Hiring: Medical Assistant/Front Desk. Full-Time. Plastic Surgery Practice. A busy, high-end plastic surgery practice has multiple positions available for a dependable, organized, and patient-focused Medical Assistant to support both clinical care and front desk operations. This hybrid role is essential to keeping in-house surgery days running smoothly and ensuring patients move efficiently through the office. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing patient flow to keep the daily schedule on time.
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Scheduling appointments and handling front desk responsibilities.
- Working closely with the administrative team to ensure daily and long-term goals are met.
- Maintaining a professional, calm, and organized environment for patients.
- Medical Assistant experience. Certification as MA required for clinical position.
- Prior experience in a medical or surgical setting strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Professional demeanor and patient-first mindset.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Full-time.
