Preschool Lead Teacher

Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive, age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles, including literacy education, math, and physical education. Create a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes positive behavior management and supports children’s social-emotional well-being. Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address concerns, and support ongoing child welfare initiatives. Manage classroom activities efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining high standards of classroom management and safety. Implement early intervention strategies for children with special education needs or developmental delays, including tailored activities for toddlers and preschoolers. Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor developmental milestones and inform instructional strategies. Lead activities that foster childhood development in areas such as literacy, numeracy (including math), motor skills, and social skills through engaging tutoring and hands‑on experiences. Skills Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience teaching in a preschool or early childhood setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support diverse learning needs. Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate various subjects, including literacy, math, and physical education. A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth in a classroom setting. Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
