About the Role Overview Churchill Cost Consultants (Churchill) is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support a portfolio of infrastructure projects for a Fortune 100 technology client. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in project controls, with the ability to proactively identify risks, drive accountability, and provide clear schedule insights to stakeholders. Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in alignment with contract requirements and project objectives Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define scope, sequencing, and durations Track progress, update schedules, and analyze impacts to critical path and key milestones Identify schedule risks and opportunities; provide mitigation strategies and recovery plans Perform schedule quality checks and ensure adherence to scheduling best practices and standards Generate reporting and dashboards to communicate schedule status to internal and client stakeholders Support change management efforts, including schedule impact analysis for scope changes Participate in regular project reviews and provide clear, actionable insights on schedule performance Qualifications 6–10 years of experience in project scheduling or project controls Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project Strong understanding of critical path methodology (CPM) and scheduling best practices Experience supporting large-scale, complex projects (technology, infrastructure, or construction preferred) Ability to interpret contracts and align schedules with project requirements Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience supporting data center or technology infrastructure projects Familiarity with cost controls and integrated project controls environments Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr Churchill
