It will represent tradition with authentically sourced cuisine, numerous outdoor activities and outstanding southern charm and hospitality.Summary: Front Desk Representatives are responsible for greeting and registering the guest, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities includes registering guests, making and modifying reservations, resort operator, and concierge duties. Providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.QualificationsKey Responsibilities:Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and process paymentsHandle reservations, incoming calls, messages, and guest inquiriesProvide local area information and assist with dining, transportation, and tour arrangementsMaintain accurate guest records and perform shift reportsEnsure all guest requests are addressed promptly and courteouslyPromote hotel services using suggestive selling to maximize revenueFollow service standards, dress code, and safety proceduresAssist with front desk operations, including PBX and reservationist duties as neededCreate a welcoming environment through professional communication and attention to detail.
