Responsibilities of Scheduling Coordinator Greeting patients Answering the telephone Scheduling appointments Collecting and processing payment Maintaining patient records Communicate with other essential team members to coordinate patient flow Maintaining a clean and organized work area Requirements of Scheduling Coordinator We are more interested in finding the right candidate and are willing to train, but experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus Sustained positivity and energy throughout the day Communicates clearly with patients and all team members Attention to detail Professionalism Compensation and Benefits Wage: $20-25 per hour DOE 90-Day Review and wage assessment, with potential of increase 36-40 hour work week Health Insurance Benefit at 30 days, all other benefits eligible after 90-day probation 40 hours Vacation (Accrued Annually) doubles at year 3 of service 5 day sick pay per year.5 paid holidays Medical, Vision, and Dental available401K Employer contribution #J-18808-Ljbffr
