Lead and inspire Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Associates Drive sales, operational excellence, and profitability Recruit, coach, and develop future leaders Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and recognition Ensure a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop store environment Oversee merchandising execution, inventory flow, and presentation standards Manage payroll, scheduling, and labor productivity Analyze business results and create action plans to improve performance Champion safety, loss prevention, and operational compliance Deliver an outstanding shopping experience for every customer What We're Looking For 5+ years of retail management experience Experience leading large teams in a high-volume retail environment Strong business acumen with a track record of delivering results Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain talent Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong operational and organizational skills Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak business periods The Ideal Candidate Leads with energy, urgency, and accountability Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment Enjoys developing people and building strong teams Makes data-driven decisions and drives execution Stays focused under pressure and embraces challenges Leads by example and motivates others to perform at their best #J-18808-Ljbffr Ross Stores, Inc.
