Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-focused HR Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in San Bernardino, CA. This role is ideal for an organized administrative professional with HR department experience, recruiting support skills, and confidence managing employee and candidate information.

The HR Administrative Assistant will support recruiting activities, maintain accurate data, organize digital files, and provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the HR team. Key Responsibilities

- Support recruiting activities, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate employee, applicant, and HR-related data.
- Transfer, organize, and manage digital files using OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation, tracking, filing, and follow-up.
- Help maintain organized HR records and support efficient recruiting and onboarding workflows.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour.
- Employment type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: San Bernardino, CA.
