Description Job Title: Help Desk Lead Location: SSFB, Colorado Spring CO ( Communications Focal Point - SSFB ) Full-time job with salary and benefits Certification: Any one of the IAT Level II certifications (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP) Security Clearance: Secret Requirements Provides phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed under this contract or predecessors. Serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems. Provides daily supervision and direction to staff who are responsible for phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications and applications developed or deployed under this contract. These personnel serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.
