AI Product Manager

Role Description

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven products and capabilities, from problem discovery and requirement definition through delivery and user adoption.

Lead business requirement gathering and solution shaping by engaging with stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and working sessions.
Convert business problems into clear, actionable product and functional requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with product objectives.
Provide functional leadership to cross-functional delivery teams, including Business Analysts, developers, data scientists, and ML engineers.

Qualifications

Apply agile ways of working pragmatically to support incremental delivery and prioritization; formal scrum practices and ceremonies are leveraged where appropriate, but not rigidly enforced.
Translate AI and GenAI concepts into meaningful product features, including:
- Large Language Model (LLM)–based solutions
- Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches
Ensure AI solutions adhere to enterprise data governance, security, and compliance standards, working closely with data and architecture teams.
Contribute to product roadmap definition, release planning, dependency management, and value realization tracking.
