F&I Manager

Sioux Falls Kenworth, a leading Kenworth truck dealership located in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking an F & I Manager. This position is an important part of our team. We are an exciting company. Come join our team.

The Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs to new and used truck customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Self-financing and credit life, accident and health insurance to customers.
•Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise.
•Submit paperwork to and obtain approval form finance sources on all finance deals.
•Provide incentives for salespeople to sell finance and insurance in accordance with dealership policies.
•Instruct salespeople in the methods of selling financing.
•Work with sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
•Set up finance forecasting in conjunction with sales department forecasting to achieve a desired percent of penetration and income.
•Attend Manager’s meetings.
•Seek insurance companies for insurance paper.
•Maintain insurance files.
•Acquire licenses for selling insurance.
•Prepare monthly penetration reports on finance penetration and share with the Dealer.
•Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
•Carry responsibility for finance and insurance fees and their collection.
•Establish and meet monthly objectives.
•Working with all departments in harmony.
•Participate in all available training programs.
