General Manager – Branch Operations West Cleveland, OH | $11M Branch | Full P&L Ownership BraveView has partnered with a reputable, growth-oriented Landscape Maintenance and Design/Build company to find a General Manager to lead an established branch in the East Cleveland Ohio market. This is a true business leadership role — full P&L ownership, strong platform support, and the opportunity to shape culture, performance, and growth locally. Why this role stands out: Own an ~$11M branch Diverse services (maintenance, enhancements, design-build, snow) Strong shared services support (HR, Finance, Marketing) High visibility with executive leadership Real autonomy to run and grow a business What you’ll do: Lead branch performance across sales, operations, and culture Drive revenue growth and margin improvement Develop teams and build strong field leadership Strengthen client relationships and retention Own execution, safety, and financial performance Ideal background: Branch Manager, Operations Leader, or GM in landscaping, construction, or field services Experience owning a P&L and leading teams Strong operational and financial acumen This is a great opportunity for someone ready to run a business within a larger platform while maintaining local leadership and impact.
