Electrical Maintenance Technician Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience required
- Experience troubleshooting CNC machines, presses, or automated manufacturing equipment preferred
- Knowledge of PLCs, AC/DC drives, servo motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial control systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and documentation skills required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
- Flexibility to work overtime and varying schedules as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on manufacturing equipment
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and industrial machinery
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and replace defective components
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
- Troubleshoot CNC lathes, forge presses, and other production equipment
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Maintain maintenance records, repair documentation, and parts tracking
- Work closely with engineers, technicians, and production personnel to improve processes
- Support production efficiency by reducing downtime and equipment failures
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards
