Electrical Maintenance Technician Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience required
• Experience troubleshooting CNC machines, presses, or automated manufacturing equipment preferred
• Knowledge of PLCs, AC/DC drives, servo motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial control systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer and documentation skills required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
• Flexibility to work overtime and varying schedules as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on manufacturing equipment
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and industrial machinery
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and replace defective components
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
• Troubleshoot CNC lathes, forge presses, and other production equipment
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Maintain maintenance records, repair documentation, and parts tracking
• Work closely with engineers, technicians, and production personnel to improve processes
• Support production efficiency by reducing downtime and equipment failures
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards
