Schedule: Thursdays & Fridays, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
Compensation: $12,000-$24,000 annually, based on weekly schedule Join Our Team!
We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and caring Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our State Farm agency team in Boulder. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, brings a positive attitude to work, and is looking for a consistent part-time schedule. This is not a sales-focused position . Our priority is finding someone who will provide excellent customer service and be a reliable, positive presence for our customers and team. Schedule & Compensation
This position is available for one or two full days per week:
- Fridays only: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch — $12,000 annual salary
- Thursdays & Fridays: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch — $24,000 annual salary
- Provide friendly, attentive service to existing customers
- Answer incoming calls and assist with general customer needs
- Help with routine account and policy service requests
- Direct questions and requests to the appropriate team member when needed
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
- Support the team with general office and administrative tasks
- Help create a welcoming, professional experience for every customer
- Dependable and committed to maintaining a consistent weekly schedule
- Kind, caring, and genuinely enjoys helping people
- Positive, energetic attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Comfortable working as part of a close-knit office team
- Property & Casualty insurance license preferred, but not required
