Schedule: Thursdays & Fridays, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
Compensation: $12,000-$24,000 annually, based on weekly schedule

We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and caring Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our State Farm agency team in Boulder. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, brings a positive attitude to work, and is looking for a consistent part-time schedule.
This is not a sales-focused position . Our priority is finding someone who will provide excellent customer service and be a reliable, positive presence for our customers and team.
Schedule & Compensation
This position is available for one or two full days per week:
Fridays only: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch — $12,000 annual salary
Thursdays & Fridays: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch — $24,000 annual salary
We prefer someone available both Thursdays and Fridays but are open to a Friday-only schedule for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
Provide friendly, attentive service to existing customers
Answer incoming calls and assist with general customer needs
Help with routine account and policy service requests
Direct questions and requests to the appropriate team member when needed
Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
Support the team with general office and administrative tasks
Help create a welcoming, professional experience for every customer
