Job Description

CDR ProSource is seeking a dependable Press Machine Operator to join our manufacturing client's team in the Kalamazoo, MI area. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity with a consistent schedule, no mandatory overtime, and an attendance bonus after permanent hire.

Position Details

Location: Kalamazoo, MI Area
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Position Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire
Overtime: None Required

Key Responsibilities

Operate press machines safely and efficiently.
Load raw materials into the machine and remove finished products.
Monitor machine performance and identify quality issues.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet production specifications.
Perform basic machine adjustments and routine cleaning.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
Press machine experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
