PrideStaff is currently seeking a 1 st Shift General Labor/Cement Block Stacker for an open bay manufacturing company located in Riverside, CA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with an opportunity to grow. Please see job requirements below to be considered.
- Pay Rate: $17- $18.00
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm (overtime required)
Job Summary:
This is a General Labor position in an open-bay manufacturing facility that produces masonry and concrete building materials.
Essential Functions:
- Shovel gravel.
- Stack or move masonry products such as pavers, cinder blocks, or concrete blocks.
- Sweep or Yard Clean-up.
Minimum qualifications:
- Must have at least 6 months' experience in a construction or manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs continuously.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and pull throughout the shift.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Must have and wear steel-toe shoes throughout the shift, as well as wear assigned PPE (Hard hat, safety glasses, etc.)
- Must be willing to submit to an oral drug test prior to start.
- Must be willing to join the union and get hired after 90 days.
