Per Diem ED Radiologist- Remote Reads

Per Diem Emergency Department Radiologist Hiring Range: $175.48/hr - $209.13/hr. The final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. We are seeking additional per diem radiologists for all shift types (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am). The position can be performed onsite or remotely, with a hybrid schedule possible for remote reading days. An onsite presence is required for at least some portion of each shift. Responsibilities Work on the University campus with one resident and/or one Emergency Radiology fellow. Cover several other hospitals remotely. Interpret CT, MRI, ultrasound, and basic nuclear medicine studies on emergency cases. Participate in internal moonlighting opportunities within the department as desired. Requirements Board certified or eligible radiologist with experience or residency in radiology. Comfortable interpreting CT, MRI, ultrasound, and basic nuclear medicine modalities. Fellowship training in Emergency Radiology desired but not required. Department and Compensation Our department is comprised of approximately 80 radiologists, 20 residents, 9 fellows, and 15 PhDs. In our Emergency Department group we have a team of 15 radiologists, 1 resident, and 1 fellow. The hospital serves over one million lives, is a Level 1 Trauma Center with roughly 95,000 ED visits per year. State‑of‑the‑art imaging equipment includes AGFA PACS, EPIC EMR, Tera‑Recon image processing software, and Powerscribe 360, and the department runs several AI algorithms.
