Operations & Process Analyst

Our client, a fast-growing B2B enterprise AI marketing startup, is hiring an Operations & Process Analyst to help scale operations. They need an extremely detail-oriented, creative, scrappy, and collaborative problem-solver who can think outside the box to deliver results.

This role is critical to growth and to unlocking an extensive customer pipeline through building, formalizing, and refining the processes that will allow the company to continue its rapid expansion.

What you'll do

• Execute a consistent workflow of tasks that have high impact on revenue and company growth
• Design and own the end-to-end process for customer setups, ensuring all steps are efficient and correct by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
• Creatively solve complex operational problems, testing new ideas and adding to the company's playbook of solutions
• Collaborate closely with leadership to provide feedback, share ideas, and help accelerate processes

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a detail-oriented, analytical, or process-driven role (e.g., operations research, process improvement, analytics, investment banking, systems design)
• Highly communicative and collaborative — able to proactively share ideas and work through roadblocks
• Creative problem-solver who can think outside the box
• Technical aptitude and hacker mentality — "can I figure out a way to do this task better"

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-responsibility startup environment (bonus if previously a founder)
• Experience with brand creation, business registration, or domain management
