Analyze and map data from the old system to the new one.

Develop and implement data conversion plans.

Design and execute data validation and testing processes.

Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data conversion process.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to define and prioritize data conversion requirements.

Research and evaluate new data conversion technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Mentor and train other team members on data conversion best practices.

Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and status.

Ten (10) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in:

• Data analysis, mapping, and migration between legacy and modern systems
• Developing and implementing comprehensive data conversion plans
• Designing and executing data validation and testing processes
• Ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout conversion projects
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional departments to define and prioritize data conversion requirements

Prior experience with LADOTD data or other similar state applications.

Experience with data conversion tools, ETL platforms, and scripting languages.
