About the Role

The Company is seeking world-class CEOs and General Managers who are dedicated to both their inner work journey and the mastery of their craft. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in leading organizations or business units, driving growth and innovation, and fostering high-performing cultures. This role is not just about external leadership; it is also about the internal journey of self-discovery and personal development. Responsibilities may include leading the overall vision, strategy, and operations, building and inspiring executive and cross-functional teams, and driving sustainable growth while anchoring decisions in values and long-term stewardship. The successful candidate will be values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about creating organizations that thrive both internally and externally. Applicants for this role should have at least 6 years of senior leadership experience, including CEO, President, COO, or General Manager roles with full P&L responsibility. A strong candidate will be skilled at navigating complexity, ambiguity, and transformational change, and will have a background that demonstrates a commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others. Experience in leading conscious or values-driven organizations, as well as a background in dynamic, mission-driven sectors, is a plus.
