Company: A well known electronics test tool manufacturer (disclosed upon screening call)

Duration: Contract-to-hire

Pay rate: $22–23/hr

Location: Onsite in Everett, WA

Schedule: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4/10s, Monday–Thursday)

Must-Haves:

• Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production setting
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Experience using power tools

Plusses:

• Experience following detailed work instructions/SOPs
• Previous quality inspection or quality assurance experience
• Experience working on production lines or meeting daily quotas

Day-to-Day:

• Assemble products according to detailed work instructions and SOPs
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Use power tools and basic computer systems as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support overall team success through efficiency and attention to detail
