Company: A well-known electronic test tool company (disclosed upon screening call)

Job Title: Assembly Operator

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30pm start time

Schedule: 5/8-hour shifts (Monday - Friday)

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Employment Type: 6-month contract to hire

Work Requirements:

Must-Haves:

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Soldering Experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and mechanical inclination
Experience using hand tools and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures

Key Responsibilities

Perform assembly work following detailed work instructions
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Conduct quality checks to ensure assemblies meet required standards
Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues with team members
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to maintain quality and efficiency
