Crown Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for an Electrical Division warehouse operation.
Warehouse Associate Job Details
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime: May be required based on business needs
Pay Rate : $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Location : Franklin, OH
Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications

• Forklift experience required
  
• Knowledge of electrical construction or mechanical systems preferred
  
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to lift, load, and unload heavy materials and equipment
  
• Ability to drive a large non-CDL truck; CDL is a plus
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills
  
• Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment
  
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  

• Receiving and processing material and tool orders from job site personnel
  
• Assembling, scheduling, and delivering materials and equipment to job sites
  
• Coordinating with Project Managers and Foremen to ensure timely deliveries
  
• Providing field employees with required safety equipment
  
• Maintaining tool inventory and tracking equipment locations
  
• Cleaning, repairing, and organizing tools and warehouse equipment
  
• Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
  
• Loading and unloading trucks, materials, and equipment
  
• Performing warehouse organization, housekeeping, and grounds maintenance duties
  
• Driving company vehicles as needed to support operations
