Ampstek is a global IT staffing and technology solutions company serving clients across Europe, the UK, North America, and APAC. We are looking for a dynamic and professional Polish-speaking IT Recruiter to represent Ampstek locally in Poland and support our client engagement activities. Job Summary We are seeking a Polish-speaking IT Recruiter who will act as Ampstek's local representative in Poland. The primary responsibility is to visit client locations on behalf of Ampstek, build relationships, gather hiring requirements, discuss staffing needs, and support business development and recruitment initiatives. Key Responsibilities Visit client offices across Poland on behalf of Ampstek as required. Meet hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment and staffing requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Discuss current and future hiring needs with clients. Collect, document, and communicate client requirements to Ampstek's recruitment and delivery teams. Coordinate between clients and internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth communication. Represent Ampstek professionally during client meetings and business discussions. Provide market insights and hiring trends within the Polish IT recruitment landscape. Support recruitment activities when required, including candidate screening and coordination. Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory Requirements Fluent in Polish and English (both written and verbal). MBA Graduate with specialization in Human Resources (HR). Previous experience in IT Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to conduct professional client meetings independently. Good understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle and staffing processes. Willingness to travel locally within Poland for client visits when required. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with IT staffing or recruitment agencies. Existing network within the Polish IT market. Understanding of contract staffing, permanent hiring, and workforce solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
