We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who thrives in high‑touch stakeholder environments, enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers, and brings expertise, insight, and professionalism to every stage of the recruitment lifecycle. Key Accountabilities: What you’ll do: Apply your end‑to‑end recruitment expertise to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes for senior and complex roles. Use your market insights and consultative skills to guide hiring managers on attraction strategies, candidate profiles, and recruitment timelines. Partner with Sourcing and Administration teams to ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Lead vacancy consultations, defining role requirements, sourcing strategies, DEI considerations, and the full recruitment plan. Collaborate in narrowing and reviewing shortlists, ensuring all candidates meet the quality and capability expectations of the business. Deliver a consistently strong candidate experience, from first conversation through to offer and onboarding. Manage complex offer processes and negotiations, advising hiring managers with insight and sound judgment. Support demand planning, talent pipelining, and workforce forecasting with client resourcing leads. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices to uplift recruitment delivery across the team. Skills & Requirements: Must‑haves: Strong working knowledge of key sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CV databases, and other digital sourcing channels). Proven ability to engage and assess candidates directly from the market and build high‑quality shortlists. Strength in stakeholder management, communication, problem‑solving, and influencing. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems, recruitment technology, and MS Office. Good to have: Experience within an RPO environment or working across complex global organisations. Exposure to talent pipelining, assessment processes, or continuous improvement projects.
