Before becoming an agent, I had a background in recruiting and also worked as a State Farm team member, which helped shape my approach to building a strong, people-focused team. I’m a graduate of Western Illinois University and a proud wife and parent of two college-aged children. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and catching local live music. We’re also a dog-loving household with two pups. Role Description As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Julie Meyers - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
