Overview Medical Laboratory Technologist / Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS/MLT/MT) Location: Wayne, NJ About Novalab Novalab is a growing CLIA-certified, COLA-accredited reference laboratory serving physicians, functional medicine practices, and wellness clinics. We perform chemistry, immunoassay, endocrinology, hormone, allergy, vitamin, and specialty diagnostic testing using advanced laboratory instrumentation. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Laboratory Technologist to join our team. Responsibilities Perform moderate and high-complexity testing Operate and maintain Beckman Coulter and Siemens, Quidel-Ortho Vitros system laboratory analyzers Review quality control and calibration data Analyze patient specimens and verify results Troubleshoot instrumentation and testing issues Maintain compliance with CLIA, COLA, and laboratory regulations Assist with validation studies and new test implementation Preferred Experience Beckman Coulter, or similar immunoassay platforms Siemens equipment or equivalent Clinical chemistry Endocrinology and hormone testing Quality control and laboratory compliance Qualifications ASCP certification preferred Medical Technologist (MT), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Minimum 2 years clinical laboratory experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Compensation Competitive salary based on experience, PTO, paid holidays, and opportunities for career growth in a rapidly expanding reference laboratory. #J-18808-Ljbffr NOVALAB CORP NJ Functional Medical Diagnostic Laboratory
