I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of nine. I've been in the insurance industry for 27 years and have loved building a career focused on helping people protect what matters most. Outside of work, I'm the proud grandmother of six, enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and cheering on the Nebraska Huskers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an  Account Associate for Jamie Russell - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
