Overview

Join a fast-paced Interventional Radiology Department that provides essential support to vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists. We are seeking a dedicated Interventional Radiology Technician to become an integral part of our experienced team.

Shift Details

• Shift: 4x10 Days (07:00 - 17:30)
• Scheduling Type: Other
• Call Required: Yes, one day during the week and one weekend per month

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology
• Preferred experience in outpatient settings, Operating Room, ER, and Adult ICU
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Certifications

• Required: BLS, ARRT (R), Washington State License
• IR/CV Certification preferred

Preferred Skills

• Abdominal and Pelvic Angioplasty
• Chest Tube Placement
• Embolization
• Gastrostomy Tube Placement
• IVC Filter Placement
• Liver Biopsy
• Paracentesis
• Radioembolization
• Stent Placement
• Thoracentesis
• Vascular Studies/Procedures
• Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures

Technology & Equipment

• Experience with GE Innova IGS and Siemens equipment is preferred
• Proficient in PACS and familiar with sterile techniques
• Skilled in the use of C-Arm for biopsies

Additional Information

This position requires a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a commitment to quality patient care. You will become a part of a well-rounded team utilizing Philips rooms, including one biplane and a GE Hybrid room.

• Experience with adult and geriatric patient diagnoses is preferred
