We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Wellness Nurse (RN/LPN) to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our assisted living and memory care community. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

• Conduct assessments of residents' health and well-being.
• Administer medications and provide necessary treatments.
• Develop and coordinate personalized care plans.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, families, and care staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Promote resident safety and well-being through health education and monitoring of health changes.

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate approach to resident care.
