Family Peer Support Specialist

Responsibilities Provides direct Family Peer Support services to member's guardians, caregivers, and care team Provides guidance to SKY initiatives Requirements Must reside in Jefferson County, Kentucky Ability to travel up to 33% of the time Certification in or eligibility to become certified as a KY Family Peer Support Specialist Must be 18 years of age or older Must be a self-identified parent or other family member who has lived experience with caring for a youth family member or guardian of youth Must have received services related to a mental health, substance use, or co-occurring mental health and substance use disability from at least 1 child-serving agency Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing Family Peer Support services, leveraging lived experience to guide and support families navigating mental health and substance use challenges. Holds or is eligible for certification as a KY Family Peer Support Specialist, with a strong understanding of child-serving agency services. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
