Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Kansas School Psychologist certification
• Experience working with middle school populations preferred
• Proficiency with assessments, individualized education plans (IEPs), and behavioral interventions
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psycho-educational assessments and interpret data to guide interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEPs and 504 plans
• Provide individual and group counseling to address student needs
• Crisis intervention and consultation as needed
• Deliver professional development and resources to staff supporting student wellness
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation, taking advantage of one hybrid day per week for report and paperwork completion
