You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. You will also establish customer relationships, provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification, and assist customers with policy changes and updates.

Qualifications include interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening, self-motivation, people-oriented, ability to effectively relate to a customer, ability to multi-task, property & casualty license must be obtained, detail-oriented and able to multitask, and bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
