Job Description The Restaurant General Manager will oversee a medium-sized team of 20-50 employees, ensuring smooth daily operations of the restaurant. Reporting to the regional manager, this role requires strong leadership to maintain high standards in customer service, staff management, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage and lead restaurant staff to deliver excellent service Oversee inventory control and ordering processes Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Create and manage staff schedules efficiently Ensure quality assurance across food and service standards Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations Conduct staff training and development programs Supervise facility maintenance and upkeep Required Qualifications Valid Driver's License Preferred Qualifications 2+ years in restaurant management Experience in restaurant operations Strong team leadership skills Proficiency in inventory management Customer relationship management expertise Conflict resolution abilities Staff training and coaching experience Effective communication and problem-solving skills Company Description The Road, Inc. is a Denny's franchisee.
