Accounts Payable Clerk
\nCharlotte, North Carolina
\n \nJones Networking is partnering with a machining manufacturing company that is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team in Charlotte, NC. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with significant growth options.
\n \nAccounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities:
\n- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments.
\n- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with account reconciliation.
\n- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
\n- Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel to support daily accounts payable functions.
\n- Ensure compliance with company policies and established procedures.
\n- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments.
\n- Cross-train and provide support for other accounting and administrative duties as needed.
\n \nAccounts Payable Clerk Requirements:
\n- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred or relevant work experience.
\n- Previous accounting or finance experience is a plus; entry-level candidates are welcome.
\n- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.
\n- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
\n- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
\n- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
\n- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
\n- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
\n- Experience in manufacturing or technology is beneficial.
\n \nAccounts Payable Clerk Salary & Benefits:
\n- Salary is commensurate with experience and benefits are offered.
