MM promotes sustainable development through innovative, recyclable packaging and paper products.We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable professional to support our Americas Shared Service Center. We are looking for someone who goes beyond transactional processing. The ideal candidate is technology-savy, embraces automations, identifies opportunities for improvement and actively contributes to growth and transformation of our Shared Service Center. The position may be located in any of the US sites: Indianapolis, IN, Clayton, NC, Greensboro, NC or Charlotte, NC.Your RoleYou will process and review vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) while performing 3-way matching (invoice, purchase order, receipt).You will ensure appropriate approvals and coding prior to posting invoices into the ERP systems.You will prepare weekly cash requirements and submit for approval as well as executing payments according to schedule and controls.You will maintain vendor management data (Tax ID forms, banking details, payment terms).You will monitor AP aging and follow-up on open items.You are committed to resolving vendor inquiries and discrepancies.Your ProfileYou have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.You have already proven Accounts Payable experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.You have strong understanding of AP processes (invoice, payments, reconciliations).You have a high attention to detail and accuracy with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.You have a curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Our OfferJoin our dedicated team of passionate colleagues who like to get things done!
