Now Hiring: Performance-Based Doctor of Physical Therapy (1-on-1 Setting) Location: The Movement Lab Physical Therapy and Performance, Edmond, OK Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base + Performance Bonus Structure $78-85K Plus (5% revenue share of visits generated each month - approximately $920-$1500 each month) About Us: The Movement lab is a growing, cash-based physical therapy clinic that bridges the gap between rehab and performance. We provide personalized 1-on-1 sessions with clients who are motivated to move, perform, and live pain-free—without relying on medications or rushed care. Our clinic population is heavy on runners, youth athletes and the active adult population. we are also growing in the youth performance realm with high interest and involvement currently in the soccer community. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, individualized care that prioritizes outcomes over volume. The Role: We’re looking for a passionate and driven Doctor of Physical Therapy who thrives in a 1-on-1, performance-focused setting. If you're tired of the traditional PT mill and want to work with active individuals who are serious about results, this is for you. What You'll Do: Deliver 1-on-1, 60-minute sessions tailored to each client’s goals Combine manual therapy, movement-based rehab, and performance training Build relationships and trust with active adults and athletes Educate and empower clients to take ownership of their health Contribute to our mission, content, and community What We're Looking For: Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in Oklahoma Strong background or interest in strength & conditioning, performance training, and/or return-to-sport rehab Experience with active populations (e.g. runners, soccer, youth athletes, CrossFitters, Bootcampers, etc.) Self-starter, problem-solver, and passionate about learning Exceptional communication and hands-on skills Someone who leads from the front and prioritizes their own fitness Why Join Us: Performance-based pay structure (get rewarded for your impact) Low volume, high-touch care—no double-booking or techs Flexibility in scheduling Mentorship & continuing education opportunities A growing community of clients who want to be here Ready to help people move better, feel stronger, and stay out of pain? #J-18808-Ljbffr
