Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An immediate opening is available for a Clinical IV Pharmacist on a 3-6 month contract-to-hire basis, located in Trumann, AR. This role is essential for ensuring safe and effective medication use within a clinical setting.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Every third weekend coverage required

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify IV medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
• Prepare and mix IV medications in a sterile clean room environment as needed
• Perform a variety of clinical duties including interpreting laboratory results to support patient care
• Provide flexible support across pharmacy operations, adapting to various clinical needs

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum one year of current experience as an IV pharmacist
• Active, clear Arkansas pharmacist license in good standing
• Clear background check and drug screening
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to interpret lab data and make informed decisions
• Flexibility to assist where most needed within pharmacy functions
